Jerboa is a new British label specialising in beautiful statement jewellery, expertly crafted from thousands of individual glass beads, crystal and Swarovski elements. Heavily influenced by couture fashion and catwalk drama, the Jerboa look is glamorous, vibrant, and sometimes a little rock 'n roll. Each design is part of a hand-made, limited edition collection.Sampling the opulence of the Orient, the elaborate detail of Baroque and the symmetry of Art Deco, the current collection takes the wearer on a voyage through distant lands and past times. Bold, over-sized structures are patterned with ancient colour themes such as khôl black and burnished gold. Immense collars pour high-density embellishment over necklines with multiple layers of faceted crystal. Ornamental earrings sweep shoulders, swinging and swaying with delicate lengths of chain. Chunky rope necklaces crafted from complex wire structures, overlaid with gems and stones, articulate around the neck like beautiful beaded snakes. Wonderfully bulbous cuffs, enticingly squeezable like ripe fruit, orbit the wrist - encasing it in a cage of beads.
