Returns and refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to the Designer/Seller in the same condition you received it, with all packaging in tact, and the return must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges for returning the item are borne by you, the Customer. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Exchanges
To receive a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to the Designer/Seller within 7 days of receipt. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Shipping charges for returning the item are borne by you, the Customer.
Cancellations
As a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel your agreement with a Designer/Seller any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the item. In this case you will receive a full refund however you will need to return the item at your cost if you have already received it. The item must be returned in its original condition.
If you decide to cancel your order, you must let Tellusfashion and the Designer/Seller know in writing (email).
Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on Haute Couture orders.
