How do I register a designer account to sell on TellusFashion?
To register an account, click here or go to Designer Sign up on the front page and fill in all your details. 

What fees does TellusFashion charge?
A fifteen percent transaction fee is charged once you sell an item. We do not charge any other fees to be registered on TellusFashion.

How do Transactions work?
When an order is placed on TellusFashion, the Customer is buying goods from you, the Designer/Seller. We will send you an order confirmation email. TellusFashion enables the transaction between the Buyer and you, the Designer/Seller. We process each customer's payment in our secure online payment system. We also offer the Customer a point of contact, so they can speak to us about any questions they might have about your product, and to organise returns.

What happens when I receive an order?
When you receive an order, TellusFashion has already received payment in full from the Customer, and is holding the money on your behalf. The money will be transferred to you as soon as we have got confirmation you have shipped the item and 7 days has passed without the Customer contacting us, asking for a return.

How are TellusFashions fees collected?
Your earnings for the month are automatically transferred to your PayPal or Moneybookers account minus any fees that are owed to TellusFashion. No action is needed on your behalf.

Can I specify my own Shipping terms?
Yes. You have three different options: free, a set cost or you can put in your own shipping cost. It is important that you obtain a tracking number for each delivery, to avoid heartache should the item go missing in transit.

How do Returns and Refunds work?
When you signup, you agree to act in accordance with our standard returns policy (7 days return). You must contact us as soon as you have received the returned item, and confirm its condition. Any refunds to the Customer are organised by TellusFashion. If you have already been paid for the sale, we will charge the cost of the refund to your Paypal or Moneybookers account, deduct it from your next payment or invoice you directly. Who handles Customer Service?
TellusFashion handles all customer service. Customers can contact us via email and in writing. If the Customer has a product query that we cannot answer, we will put them in contact with you, the Designer/Seller directly.

Can I get help filling out my profile?
If English is your second language, we are happy to assist you in filling in your information to help you communicate to consumers what you and your brand are all about.
