Who are the designers on TellusFashion?
TellusFashion is dedicated to providing exquisitely designed, unique apparel of excellent quality for the fashion conscious, luxury aficionados who value innovation and exclusivity. The designers that you find on TellusFashion are high end next generation brands from around the World. Most of their clothing and accessories are produced in very small volume or one offs, so you will almost guaranteed, never find someone else wearing the same as you. If you want to be unique, feel luxurious and wear something that nobody else has got, look no further.
How do I order and pay?
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size, then click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button. You can then either continue shopping and add more items to your shopping bag, or you can proceed to CHECKOUT to purchase by clicking on PROCEED TO PURCHASE.
Our checkout process is quick and simple. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag or how many designers they are sourced from, you only need to checkout once. Select your payment method, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledging receipt and your order will be shipped shortly from the designers.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
Which currencies can I purchase with?
You can choose to buy in your local currency or you can click in the drop down on the upper right hand side of the site to select UK Pound Sterling, US Dollar, Euro or Yen. We will process the payment in your chosen currency, however, please be aware that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined by your bank / PayPal automatically, and not by TellusFashion.
Is it safe to pay online with TelluFashion?
We take security very seriously, by using the most advanced systems to make sure all your details will be safe with us.
Will my personal information be kept private?
We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your personal data without your authorization. For further details check our privacy policy.
SHIPPING
All products are shipped from our designers, therefore if you order from more than one designer, you will receive a delivery from each designer separately.
The designers ship worldwide using DHL or UPS, depending on location and shipping cost is calculated at the checkout.
Delivery time is normally between 2 and 7 working days depending on when your order is processed and the location you require the order to be shipped to. Please note TellusFashion cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance.
CANCELLATIONS
TellusFashion is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the designer. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team from Monday to Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (GMT).
How do I know an item will fit me?
When you are viewing a garment you can click on the size chart link above the size field to view a size conversion chart. Simply cross-check these measurements with your own to ensure you have ordered the correct size. For a specific size or measurement query please contact our customer service who will be happy to assist you. If the item doesn't fit you, you can always return it, please refer to our return policy.

Who can sign up to be a journalist on TellusFashion?
Anyone who loves writing and wants to share it with the world! You might be a student looking to get work experience or you could be one of our designers who also has a creative flair for journalism. Articles will be monitored by our editorial team to ensure they are of a high standard.
What happens once I sign up?
Each month we will post a topic on the magazine page that we want you to write about. It is then up to you to write article and submit it back to us before the end of the month. We select the best article to be published to our world-wide readership.
Can I suggest an article to write? What kind of stories are you looking for?
We are always looking for interesting and engaging articles for our magazine. We cover articles about fashion culture, behind the scenes of the industry, news for emerging designers and travel. Have a look around the magazine to gauge the types of articles we are looking for and if you feel you have a story that is perfect for us, pitch it to our editor, Olivia Pinnock on Olivia@tellusfashion.com.
I have an article idea I’d like to see on TellusFashion but don’t want to write it myself, can I ask you to write it? Can I send you press releases?

Can I republish work I own that was published in print if it's still newsworthy or timely again?
Sure, as long as they are relevant to TellusFashion and you own the copyright. News is cyclical and sometimes something you've written is suddenly relevant again, you may want to tweak your article to be more current.
Do I hold onto my copyright? What rights am I granting you?
The copyright belongs entirely to you. We reserve the right to edit your articles so that they are fair, accurate and legal but you are free to publish stories you write for TellusFashion elsewhere. For instance, you might want to show your blog readers what you’ve been writing.
QUESTIONS FOR INDUSTRY NETWORK
Who can sign up to our industry network?
Anyone with a background in one of the industry network categories: photographer, model, makeup artist, stylist, hair stylist, model, textile designer, illustrator and graphic designer. Sign up here and select your profession in the drop down.
What happens when I have signed up?
We vet all applicants to keep away fraudulent applications by looking at i.e. your lookbook, website or individual images that you upload when you apply. Once we have gone through your images and are happy with them, we will send you an email and give you access to create your profile and upload your portfolio of images to the industry network.
Why should I join the industry network?
By joining our industry network you will get exposure to the industry and also be able to network with other industry people. It is a window for you to get future job opportunities as you may be discovered by one of our designers or other industry professionals that are looking for you.
