Team the bag with a simple outfit, like this gorgeous navy coat from French Connection, and your bag will set your outfit off to perfection.

Hat: Topshop
Jacket: Asos
Top: Cow
Trousers: Topshop
Leather trousers are everywhere this season and I so want a pair for myself. The just add an edgier look to any outfit. Mixed with the parka and woolly hat, this girl has the perfect look for winter.

Top: H&M
Shorts: Vintage
The checked shirt and denim shorts is a classic look that can’t go wrong whatever season it is.

Jacket: Forever 21
Top: Cow
Shorts: Cow
As well as leather, faux fur is massive this season, and with all this cold weather were having, there doesn’t seem anything more appealing that wrapping up in big fur coat like this one.

Layering is always a good look for autumn and this guy has got it just right. The blazer looks great over the denim shirt and I like the subtle double denim look that’s going on, the blue shirt and black jeans.

Shorts are the perfect piece of clothing for this time of year. Wear with thick tights and ankle boots/ brogues and you will be set for the winter months. The blazer looks great with this outfit and I love this girl’s fringe.

I like how this girl isn’t even looking at the camera. I think the word to describe this outfit is Granny Chic. It is a complete miss match of items but I love how she has put it together and the hat is perfect for this season. They are everywhere.
This week in Nottingham, the girls have been showing us how it's done on the streets. There has been a complete range of styles, everyone as good as the last.

Love the attitude this girl puts across through the clothes she has put together.

Love, love, love this shirt. I have seen versions across the highstreet recently in New Look, Topshop and French Connection. The simplicity of the shirt is what makes it so attractive and the fact that it is worn with black skinny jeans and black boots means all the attention is on the shirt. For an alternative to black jeans try a pair of black leather trousers.

This outfit is amazing. I love how it is a complete miss-match of items but together it works. The headband is a perfect alternative to a hat this winter, and as for the fur coat, fur is everywhere this season!
As winter fast approaches and the weather is getting increasingly colder the woolly jumper is becoming more and more popular on the highstreet. For now it is the perfect alternative to a jacket and the more extravagant the print the better. Wear like image 1 and 2 with a polo underneath for that cute preppy look or wear an oversized jumper, like image 3, with leggings for that ultimate cosiness. Or if you’re feeling brave team with a pair of skin tight leather leggings/ trousers to be bang on trend.
The best woolly jumper can only be found from Vintage or Charity shops. The second hand ones are always the best.

When out on the streets of Nottingham this week, I have noticed a definite denim trend going on amongst the men. The denim jacket is a timeless piece; it may not always be the most fashionable but it will always have its moments. It is also perfect for this inbetween weather that Britain seems to be experiencing this week.
Team a worn out denim jacket, best found from vintage/ charity shops, with black trousers like the lovely boys below have, or if you’re feeling brave team it with jeans for that double denim look.

Throughout summer the maxi and midi skirts were essential items in our wardrobe, but the trend shouldn’t just stop now that summers over. With a few changes the maxi skirt will be perfect for the autumn.

Midi Skirt - H&M
This midi skirt looks great with tights and brouges and when worn with a jacket it will be a perfect autumn look.

Maxi Dress - River Island
Love the colour of this dress and as bright colours are still around for winter it makes this look bang on trend.

Maxi Dress - New Look
Here is my lovely flatmate showing how you can make your maxi dress / skirt work for autumn. The maxi looks great worn with an oversized knitted jumper.

Maxi Skirt - Topshop
Love the mix of fabrics and the sheer layer on this maxi skirt. Just team a maxi skirt with ankle boots and a jacket and you will have a perfect autumn look.
It seems like the people of Sheffield have forgetten about their trouers. To perfect this look it’s all about teaming a vintage top with toussled hair and worn-out old school trainers, preferably a nice pair of reebok classics, and you’ll be sorted.
Personally, I like look 2 the best. Her whole outfit seems so effortless, which is the key to the look. You want to make it appear as if it took no time to put together, even if you did spend hours in front of the mirror getting that ‘just got out of bed hair’ perfect.
To find this trend shop in places like Cow or Bang Bang Vintage, or even your local charity shop. You never know what you might find.
